Actions by Warrant Agent. (1) The Warrant Agent shall have the power to institute and to maintain such actions and proceedings as it may consider necessary or expedient to preserve, protect or enforce its interests and the interests of the Holders.
Actions by Warrant Agent. The Warrant Agent may, for the execution of the duties and in the execution of the powers conferred upon it, appoint or employ as agents or representatives or otherwise any solicitors, counsel, bankers, brokers, accountants, clerks or inspectors or other agents, and all reasonable expenses and disbursements made and incurred by the Warrant Agent in connection with the execution of its duties hereunder shall be forthwith paid by the Company.
