Actions of Household Members or Affiliated Individuals If any member of a LifeVantage Distributor’s immediate household engages in any activity which, if performed by the LifeVantage Distributor, would violate any provision of the Agreement, such activity will be deemed a violation by the LifeVantage Distributor and LifeVantage may take disciplinary action pursuant to the Agreement against the LifeVantage Distributor. Similarly, if any individual associated in any way with a Business Entity (collectively “Affiliated Individual”) violates the Agreement, such action(s) will be deemed a violation by the entity distributorship and LifeVantage may take disciplinary action against the Business Entity.
Actions of Household Members or Affiliated Individuals If any member of an Independent Representative's immediate household engages in any activity which, if performed by the Independent Representative, would violate the Agreement; such activity will be deemed as a violation by the Independent Representative and MSTG Solutions, Inc. may take disciplinary action pursuant to the Statement of Policies against the Independent Representative. Similarly, if any individual associated in any way with a corporation, partnership, trust or other entity (collectively "affiliated individual") violates the Agreement, such action(s) will be deemed a violation by the Entity, and MSTG Solutions, Inc. may take disciplinary action against the Entity.
Actions of Household Members. If any member of an IMR’s household engages in any activity that, if performed by the IMR, would violate any provision of the Agreement, such activity will be deemed a violation by the IMR. Additionally, an IMR may not hire any other persons to work or market for the IMR’s business.

If any member of an Affiliate’s immediate household engages in any activity which, if performed by the Affiliate, would violate any provision of the Agreement, such activity will be deemed a violation by the Affiliate and GDI may take disciplinary action pursuant to the Agreement against the Affiliate.

If any member of a Wellness Partner’s immediate household engages in any activity which, if performed by the Wellness Partner, would violate any provision of the Agreement, such activity will be deemed a violation of the Agreement and Aroga may take disciplinary action pursuant to the Agreement. Similarly, if any individual associated in any way with a Business Entity violates the Agreement, such action(s) will be deemed a violation by the Business Entity and Aroga may take disciplinary action against the Business Entity.
Actions of Household Members. If any member of a Direct Seller(s) immediate household engages in any activity which, if performed by the Direct Seller(s) would violate any provision of the Direct Seller(s) Agreement, such activity will be deemed a violation by the Direct Seller(s).

If a member of a Consultant’s immediate household engages in activities that violate the Agreement (including these Policies), the Consultant will be considered to be in violation of the Agreement. This section also applies to any member of a business entity that is a business representative of Paparazzi as a Consultant.

This section also applies to any member of a business entity that is a business representative of Zapple as a Distributor.

OR AFFILIATED INDIVIDUALS If any member of a distributor’s immediate household engages in any activity, which if performed by the distributor named on the application, would violate any provision of the Agreement, such activity will be deemed a violation by the distributor and Wealth Training may take disciplinary action pursuant to these Policies against the named distributor.

If a member of a Stylist’s immediate household engages in activities that violate the Agreement (including these Policies), the Stylist will be considered to be in violation of the Agreement. This section also applies to any member of a business entity that is a business representative of Aviva as a Stylist.
