Common use of Actions of Lenders Clause in Contracts

Actions of Lenders. Each Lender shall use reasonable efforts (including reasonable efforts to change the booking office for this transaction) to avoid or minimize any amounts which might otherwise be payable pursuant to Sections 12.3 and 12.4; provided, however, that such efforts shall not be deemed by such Lender, in its sole discretion, to be disadvantageous to it.
