Common use of Actions of Owner Participants Clause in Contracts

Actions of Owner Participants. If at any time prior to the termination of this Trust Agreement there is more than one Owner Participant, then, subject to Section 11.5, during such time, if any action is required to be taken by all Owner Participants and whenever any direction, authorization, approval, consent, instruction or other action is permitted to be given or taken by Owner Participant, it shall be given or taken only upon unanimous agreement of all Owner Participants; PROVIDED, that the termination of this Trust Agreement pursuant to Section 11.2 may be effected upon the election of any Owner Participant.
