Common use of Actions of Parent Clause in Contracts

Actions of Parent. The respective liabilities of each of the Obligors under the Finance Documents shall not be in any way affected by: (a) any irregularity (or purported irregularity) in any act done by or any failure (or purported failure) by the Parent; or (b) the Parent acting (or purporting to act) in any respect outside any authority conferred upon it by any Obligor; or (c) the failure (or purported failure) by, or inability (or purported inability) of, the Parent to inform any Obligor of receipt by it of any notification under a Finance Document. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
