Common use of Actions of the Policy Board Clause in Contracts

Actions of the Policy Board. The Policy Board meetings shall be --------------------------- held as mutually agreed, but at least semiannually, in St. Louis, Missouri. Any action required to be taken at a meeting of the Policy Board may be taken without a meeting and without a vote if a consent in writing, setting forth the action to be taken, is signed by all of the members of the Policy Board, unless such action is medical in nature, in which case such consent need be signed only by all of the Physician members of the Policy Board.
