Common use of Actions on Behalf of the City Clause in Contracts

Actions on Behalf of the City. Except as City may specify in writing, Sub-recipient shall have no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of City in any capacity whatsoever, as an agent or otherwise. Sub- recipient shall have no authority, express or implied, to bind City or its members, agents, or employees, to any obligation whatsoever, unless expressly provided in this Agreement.
