ACTIONS REQUIRING ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT'S CONSENT. (a) No action, amendment, or waiver of compliance with, any provision of the Loan Documents or of this Agreement which affects the Administrative Agent in its capacity as Administrative Agent may be undertaken without the written consent of the Administrative Agent.
