Actions, Suits, Litigation, or Proceedings. Except as set forth in the Schedule, there are no actions, suits, litigation or proceedings, at law or in equity, pending by or against Borrower or any Subsidiary before any court, administrative agency, or arbitrator in which a likely adverse decision could reasonably result in liability involving more than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) individually or One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the aggregate.
