Actions Taken on Other Than Business Day. In the event that any payment or act under the Plan, the Confirmation Order or this Trust Agreement is required to be made or performed on a date that is not a Business Day, then the making of such payment or the performance of such act may be completed on the next succeeding Business Day, but shall be deemed to have been completed as of the required date.
