Actions to Prevent Injury. If any Utility Default or Owner's Default creates an imminent risk of damage or injury to any Person or any Person's property, then in any such case, in addition to any other right or remedy that the non-defaulting Party may have, the non-defaulting Party may (but shall not be obligated to) take such action as the non-defaulting Party deems appropriate which may include disconnecting and removing all or a portion of the System, or suspending the supply or receipt of Energy from the System, as applicable.
