Actions to Prevent Injury. If any Provider Default creates an imminent risk of damage or injury to any Person or any Person’s property, then, in addition to any other right or remedy that Customer may have, Customer may (but shall not be obligated to) take such action as Customer deems appropriate to prevent such damage or injury.
