Actions to Prevent Injury. If any Customer Default creates an imminent risk of damage or injury to any Person or any Person’s property, then in any such case, in addition to any other right or remedy that Provider may have, Provider may (but shall not be obligated to) take such action as Provider deems appropriate to prevent such damage or injury.
