Actions to Prevent Injury. If any Provider Default creates an imminent risk of damage or injury to any Person or any Person’s property or a risk of a violation of Applicable Law, then, in addition to any other right or remedy that Host may have, Host may (but shall not be obligated to) take such action as Host deems appropriate to prevent such damage or injury or violation of Applicable Law. Such action may include disconnecting and removing all or a portion of the System.
