Common use of Actions to Prevent Injury Clause in Contracts

Actions to Prevent Injury. If any Supplier Default creates an imminent risk of damage or injury to any Person or any Person’s property, then in any such case, in addition to any other right or remedy that Host may have, Host may (but shall not be obligated to) take such action as Host deems appropriate to prevent such damage or injury. Such action may include, but is not limited to, disconnecting and removing all or a portion of the System.‌‌‌
