Common use of Actions to Satisfy Closing Conditions Clause in Contracts

Actions to Satisfy Closing Conditions. Each of the Parties shall take ------------------------------------- all such action as is within its power to control, and shall use reasonable efforts to cause other actions to be taken which are not within its power to control, so as to ensure compliance with and satisfaction of all conditions set forth in Article 6 which are for the benefit of any Party. The Parties will cooperate in exchanging such information and providing such assistance as may be reasonably required in connection with the foregoing.
