Activation of Licensed Fibers. The Licensee has sole responsibility for the activation of the Licensed Fibers, Interconnection Fibers, and associated facilities. The County shall not have the responsibility for the payment of any utilities, connection, and service fees that are required for the operation of the Licensed Fibers Interconnection Fibers.
