Activation of Overseas Cash Withdrawal. The Cardholder may at any time activate the overseas cash withdrawal feature on all or any of the Card(s) issued to him. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bank may activate the Overseas Cash Withdrawal feature on all or any of the Cards(s) pursuant to the instructions of the Customer without the consent of, or the notification to, the Cardholder.
