Common use of Active Practice; Exclusive Use of Dental Offices Clause in Contracts

Active Practice; Exclusive Use of Dental Offices. The Provider shall engage in the practice of dentistry at the Dental Office, whether through the efforts of Dentist(s) or other Dental Professionals, and the Dental Office shall be used exclusively for the practice of dentistry. The Dental Practice conducted at the Dental Office shall be conducted solely by Dentist(s) and other Dental Professionals associated with Provider, and Provider shall not permit any other Dentist(s) or dental professional to use or occupy the Dental Office without the prior written consent of Dental Cooperative.
