Active Principle Supply. NuPathe shall supply LTS with such quantities of Active Principle at such times as LTS reasonably, at its discretion, needs for the Project [**] and will ship the Active Principle DDP (Incoterms 2000). All Active Principle supplied hereunder shall be utilized by LTS solely for conducting work on the Project and any unused quantities shall be returned to NuPathe at NuPathe’s cost.
