ACTIVE SERVICING. The Backup Servicer shall be reimbursed for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses relating to its duties hereunder and under the Existing Servicing Agreement including, but not limited to, those associated with the recovery of Financed Vehicles, liquidation of Financed Vehicles, legal proceedings related to replevin actions or Obligor bankruptcies, mailing costs, title processing, bank charges and insurance tracking.
