Activities for Licensed Products Infringing Rights of Third Parties. Each Party shall promptly notify the other if any legal proceedings are commenced or threatened against either Party alleging that the manufacture, use, sale or possession of the Licensed Product infringes a Third Party’s patent or other intellectual property rights. In such event, the Parties shall meet to discuss the course of action to be taken with respect to an enforcement action with respect to such infringement or misappropriation.
