Common use of Activities of Citibank Clause in Contracts

Activities of Citibank. The services of Citibank to the Fund are not to be deemed to be exclusive, Citibank being free to render investment advisory, administrative and/or other services to others. It is understood that Trustees, officers, and shareholders of the Trust are or may be or may become interested in Citibank, as directors, officers, employees, or otherwise and that directors, officers and employees of Citibank are or may become similarly interested in the Trust and that Citibank may be or may become interested in the Trust as a shareholder or otherwise.

It is understood that Trustees, officers, and shareholders of the Trust are or may be or may become interested in Citibank, as directors, officers, employees, or otherwise and that directors, officers and employees of Citibank are or may become similarly interested in the Trust and that Citibank may be or may become interested in the Trust as a shareholder an investor or otherwise.
