Common use of ACTIVITIES OF CONSOLIDATED SUBSIDIARIES Clause in Contracts

ACTIVITIES OF CONSOLIDATED SUBSIDIARIES. Unless the provisions of this Section are expressly waived by Secured Party in writing, Debtor shall cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to comply with Sections 10.1(b), 10.9, 10.11(a), 10.12, 10.15, and 10.18 through 10.22, inclusive, and any of the provisions contained in Item 21 of the Schedule, and shall cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to refrain from doing any of the acts proscribed by Sections 11.2, 11.3, and 11.5 through 11.14, inclusive, or proscribed by any of the provisions contained in Item 21 of the Schedule.

ACTIVITIES OF CONSOLIDATED SUBSIDIARIES. Unless the provisions of this Section 9.24 are expressly waived by Secured Party in writing, Debtor shall cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to comply with Sections 10.1(b9.1(b), 10.99.9, 10.11(a9.11(a), 10.129.12, 10.159.15, and 10.18 9.18 through 10.229.22, inclusive, and any of the provisions contained in Item 21 of the Schedule, and shall cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to refrain from doing any of the acts proscribed by Sections 11.210.2, 11.310.3, and 11.5 10.5 through 11.1410.14, inclusive, or proscribed by any of the provisions contained in Item 21 of the Schedule.

Unless the provisions of this Section 10.25 are expressly waived by Secured Party in writing, Debtor shall cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to comply with Sections 10.1(b), 10.9, 10.11(a), 10.12, 10.15, 10.16 and 10.18 10.19 through 10.2210.23, inclusive, and any of the provisions contained in Item 21 of the Schedule, and shall cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to refrain from doing any of the acts proscribed by Sections 11.2, 11.3, and 11.5 11.6 through 11.1411.15, inclusive, or proscribed by any of the provisions contained in Item 21 of the Schedule. 11.

Unless the provisions of this Section 10.25 are expressly waived waved by Secured Party in writing, Debtor shall cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to comply with Sections 10.1(b), 10.9, 10.11(a), 10.12, 10.15, 10.16 and 10.18 10.19 through 10.2210.23, inclusive, and any of the provisions contained in Item 21 of the Schedule, and shall cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to refrain from doing any of the acts proscribed prescribed by Sections 11.2, 11.3, and 11.5 11.6 through 11.1411.15, inclusive, or proscribed by any of the provisions contained in Item 21 of the Schedule.
