Common use of Activities of Investors Clause in Contracts

Activities of Investors. Section 8.3 hereof relating to the business activities of Limited Partners and certain other persons is modified with respect to each Investor in all respects by the terms of the Contribution Agreement, dated October 31, 1997, by and among the Partnership, the General Partner and the other parties named therein (the “Xxxxx Group Contribution Agreement”) and any other documents entered into in connection with the acquisition of the Xxxxx Properties (as defined in the Xxxxx Group Contribution Agreement) pursuant thereto.
