Activities of Trust. (a) Other than in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Note Documents, the Trustee on behalf of the Applicable Trust shall not (i) borrow money or issue debt or (ii) merge with another entity, reorganize, liquidate or sell its assets. (b) The activities of the Trustee engaged in on behalf of the Applicable Trust shall be limited to those activities authorized by this Agreement or the Note Documents.
