Common use of ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE THE PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE THE PROGRAM. A. GTP may engage in activities outside the Program, including but not limited to internal extra shifts or paid call or external moonlighting, only with written permission from the Program Director, which may be withdrawn at any time. Said activities must not interfere with the Program and must be in compliance with the clinical and educational work hour requirements and Moonlighting, Extra Shifts & Paid Call Policy set forth in the House Staff Manual.
