Activities; Transfers of Notes or Certificates by Trust Depositor. Except as contemplated by the Trust Depositor LLC Agreement, this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents, the Trust Depositor shall not engage in any business or activity of any kind, or enter into any transaction or indenture, mortgage, instrument, agreement, contract, lease or other undertaking, which is not directly related to the transactions contemplated and authorized by this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Trust Depositor may assign, transfer, convey or finance all or any portion of any Notes or Certificates owned by it.
