CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY REPORT Each calendar quarter, Vendor must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Contract Administrator assigned to this Contract. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Vendor must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Customer Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Customer Physical Street Address; • Customer City; • Customer State/Province; • Customer Zip Code; • Customer Contact Name; • Customer Contact Email Address; • Customer Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Vendor.
Grant Activity material The Grantee gives (or procures for) the Commonwealth a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, communicate, publish and adapt all material that is provided to the Commonwealth under this Agreement. This includes a right to sub-license that material.
Professional Development Activities Professional development activities are activities initiated by individual faculty members or groups of faculty members and may include attendance at conferences, workshops or seminars which facilitate the following:
Activity Waiver On an on-going basis, the Institution and/or the Manager arranges a number of social, sporting and other activities for residents of the Residence, both in the Residence building and at other on-campus and off-campus locations (individually, an “Activity” and collectively, the “Activities”). Activities may have inherent risks associated with participation in them. Participation in all Activities is completely voluntary and the Resident may elect not to participate in any Activity. The Resident specifically acknowledges that in the event that the Resident elects to participate in any Activity, (i) the Resident is warned that participation in the Activity may involve certain inherent risks, including, without limitation, risks of physical injury, (ii) the Resident has voluntarily elected to participate in the Activity notwithstanding those risks. The Resident acknowledges and assumes all risks of personal injury and all other hazards (i) arising from or related in any way to participation in an Activity, (ii) arising or resulting from any cause whatsoever (including risks inherent in the Activity and negligence), and (iii) whether occurring prior to, during or after the Activity and the Resident agrees that the Institution and the Manager and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (as applicable) are expressly released and forever discharged by the Resident from all claims of any nature or kind whatsoever (i) arising from or relating to the Resident’s participation in an Activity, (ii) arising or resulting from any cause whatsoever (including risks inherent in the Activity and negligence), and (iii) whether occurring prior to, during or after the Activity.
Commercial Opportunities 1. The airlines of each Party shall have the right to establish offices in the territory of the other Party for the promotion and sale of air transportation.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY DAYS 22.01 (a) A Long-Term Occasional Teacher who is scheduled to work when there is a Professional Activity Day shall be required to participate in the scheduled professional activities and shall be paid for such day.
Promotional Opportunities Each university shall promote upward mobility of employees by announcing opportunities as they occur. In all cases, it is the employee’s responsibility to make proper application for such positions. If an employee meets the minimum and special qualifications for a position, he/she will be considered.
Political Activity Prohibited a. None of the funds, materials, property or services provided directly or indirectly under this contract shall be used for partisan political activity.
Prohibition on Political Activity with City Funds In accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12.G, Contractor may not participate in, support, or attempt to influence any political campaign for a candidate or for a ballot measure (collectively, “Political Activity”) in the performance of the services provided under this Agreement. Contractor agrees to comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12.G and any implementing rules and regulations promulgated by the City’s Controller. The terms and provisions of Chapter 12.G are incorporated herein by this reference. In the event Contractor violates the provisions of this section, the City may, in addition to any other rights or remedies available hereunder, (i) terminate this Agreement, and (ii) prohibit Contractor from bidding on or receiving any new City contract for a period of two (2) years. The Controller will not consider Contractor’s use of profit as a violation of this section.
Professional Development Funds 23.1.1 Two Professional Development Funds, a Professional Development Support Fund and an Education Leave Fund, shall be established to support professional development activities as defined in 23.2. On April 1st of each year, the College will allocate an amount equal to no less than 0.9% of total faculty salary (exclusive of severance payments) to the Professional Development Support Fund, and an amount equal to no less than 0.6% of total faculty salary to the Educational Leave Fund. Any unused balances in these funds shall carry over to the next budget year.
