Activity Waiver. On an on-going basis, the Institution and/or the Manager arranges a number of social, sporting and other activities for residents of the Residence, both in the Residence building and at other on-campus and off-campus locations (individually, an “Activity” and collectively, the “Activities”). Activities may have inherent risks associated with participation in them. Participation in all Activities is completely voluntary and the Resident may elect not to participate in any Activity.
