The Parties agree that cooperation will be implemented in accordance with their relevant procedures by various actors within society, including : (a) Cuban Government institutions or public bodies designated by those institutions; (b) local authorities at different levels; (c) international organisations and their agencies; (d) the development agencies of Member States of the European Union; and (e) civil society, including scientific, technical, cultural, artistic, sports, friendship and solidarity associations, social organisations, trade unions and cooperatives.
