Common use of Acts of a Supplier Clause in Contracts

Acts of a Supplier. Subject to the other clauses under this heading: (a) the Australian Consumer Law (including the Consumer Guarantees) imposes obligations on Uniti that cannot be excluded, including obligations that arise as a result of the acts or omissions of Suppliers. (b) Uniti accept liability to you for the negligent or wilfully wrongful acts or omissions of Uniti’s staff, contractors or agents, in accordance with the principles of vicarious liability at common law.
