Common use of ACTS OF DEFAULT Clause in Contracts

ACTS OF DEFAULT. In the event Owner/Developer, or Owner/Xxxxxxxxx’s heirs, successors, assigns, or subsequent owners of the Property or any other person acquiring an interest in the Property, fail to faithfully comply with all of the terms and conditions included in this Agreement in connection with the Property, this Agreement may be terminated by the City upon compliance with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.

ACTS OF DEFAULT. In the event Owner/Developer, or Owner/Xxxxxxxxx’s Developer’s heirs, successors, assigns, or subsequent owners of the Property or any other person acquiring an interest in the Property, Property fail to faithfully comply with all of the terms and conditions included in this Agreement in connection with the Property, this Agreement may be terminated by the City upon compliance with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.
