Common use of Acts of Issuer Clause in Contracts

Acts of Issuer. Any report, information, communication, request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent, waiver or other action provided by this Indenture to be given or performed by the Issuer shall be effective if given or performed by the Issuer or by the Collateral Manager on the Issuer’s behalf. The Issuer agrees to coordinate with the Collateral Manager with respect to any communication to the Rating Agency and to comply with the provisions of this Section 14.14 and Section 14.16, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Collateral Manager.

Acts of Issuer.
