Common use of Acts of Issuer Clause in Contracts

Acts of Issuer. Any report, information, communication, request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent, waiver or other action provided by this Indenture to be given or performed by the Issuer shall be effective if given or performed by the Administrator on the Issuer’s behalf.
