Common use of Acts of Landlord Clause in Contracts

Acts of Landlord. Except for its affirmative acts, or negligence of the affirmative acts of its officers or agents, Landlord shall not be responsible or liable for any damage, injury or death to any person, property, fixtures, buildings or other improvements at any time on the premises, including any damage or injury to Tenant or to any of Tenant’s officers, agents, contractors or customers.
