ACTS OR OMISSIONS BEFORE COMPLETION. The Sellers will not be liable under a Claim which arises solely because of any act or thing done or omitted to be done at any time before Completion with the express permission of the Buyers under Clause 6 (the Buyers having been provided with all relevant information about the consequences of such act or omission before giving such permission).
