Common use of Acts to Injure Premises or Persons Clause in Contracts

Acts to Injure Premises or Persons. Tenant shall not perform any acts or carry on any practices which may injure the Premises or be a nuisance or menace to other tenants, or make or permit any improper noises in the Building and shall forthwith upon request by Landlord discontinue all acts or practices in violation of this clause and repair any damage or injury to the Premises caused thereby.
