Actual Availability Report. (a) Throughout the Delivery Term, if Seller’s Forecasts are based on capacity availability, Seller shall prepare and provide to SCE a report with the Settlement Interval Actual Available Capacity of the Generating Facility (an “Actual Availability Report”) for each month. This report must be in the form set forth in Exhibit S and must be delivered to SCE no later than the seventh (7th) Business Day following the end of the month which is the subject of the Actual Availability Report. (b) Upon SCE’s request, Seller shall promptly provide to SCE any additional data and supporting documentation necessary for SCE to audit and verify any matters set forth in the Actual Availability Report.
