Actual or Suspected Data Security Breach. In the event of a data security breach, Seller shall immediately notify Buyer in writing, and shall take action immediately, at its own expense to investigate, identify the cause, and mitigate the effects of such breach as well as to carry out recovery or other actions (e.g. mailing notices) necessary to remedy such breach. The content of any filings, communications, notices, or reports related to any breach must first be approved in writing by Buyer.
