Actual Recoveries. Processor shall return to Shipper, at the Redelivery Point(s), its actual share of Residue Gas and NGLs actually recovered from the Committed Gas at the Plant whether the Plant is being operated in full or partial recovery mode. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, Processor shall operate the Plant in full recovery mode unless Shipper exercises its ethane rejection election rights in accordance with ARTICLE 3.5.
