Actual Voluntary Termination. “Actual Voluntary Termination” shall mean termination by Executive of Executive’s employment with Luminex for any reason other than Termination For Cause, Termination Other Than For Cause, Termination by Reason of Death or Termination by Reason of Incapacity. In the event of an Actual Voluntary Termination, Executive shall be paid during the next normal pay cycle following the effective date of termination the amount of the Accrued Obligations, and no more.
