In the event of a breach of the foregoing warranty, Acumatica’s sole obligation and Client’s exclusive remedy will be to have Acumatica perform again the Services in respect of which the warranty has been breached to bring them into compliance with such warranty. Any claim for breach of the foregoing warranty must be made by notice to Acumatica within 30 days of completion of the Services in respect of which the claim is made or said claim shall be deemed waived.
