A&D Facility Sublimit and Commitment Fees Clause Samples

A&D Facility Sublimit and Commitment Fees. As of the Closing Date, Borrower shall pay to Lender the A&D Facility Fee, and on the Closing Date and the twelve-month anniversary of such date thereafter, Borrower shall pay to Lender the Commitment Fee. Said fees shall be deemed earned and non-refundable, regardless of whether the indebtedness is paid prior to the Maturity Date.
