Common use of ADA Compliance Clause in Contracts

ADA Compliance. Exhibitor represents and warrants that: a) its exhibit will be accessible to the full extent required by law, (b) its exhibit will comply with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and with any regulations implemented under the ADA, and (c) it shall indemnify and hold harmless and defend Show Management from and against any and all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees and litigation expenses, that may be incurred by or asserted against Show Management because of the Exhibitor’s breach of this paragraph or non-compli- ance with any of the provisions of the ADA.
