Adaptable Units. a. If the City opts to permit an Owner to provide any Adaptable Units in lieu of Accessible Housing Units in Housing Developments subject to the requirements of Section 504 or the ADA, within one hundred eighty (180) Days after the Effective Date, the City shall submit to the Department for review and approval a draft policy and procedure, with prior notice to, and opportunity for comment by the Department, that will ensure that: request that adaptable features be modified or altered to the preference of the new resident;
