Common use of Addenda and Deferred Approvals Clause in Contracts

Addenda and Deferred Approvals. 1.2.2.1 Addenda are the changes in Specifications, Drawings, Contract Documents, and Plans which have been authorized in writing by the Owner or Architect, and which alter, explain, or clarify the Contract Documents. Addenda shall govern over all other Contract Documents. Subsequent addenda issued shall govern over prior addenda unless otherwise specified in the addenda.
