ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT. COMPANY'S rights and obligations with respect to the distribution of Product under this Agreement are subject to the terms of any Addendum which the parties have signed. Each Addendum is incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. In the event of inconsistency, the terms of any applicable Addendum shall prevail over this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement, including any Addenda, shall prevail over any provisions in purchase orders or set-up forms.
