Adding a First Priority Use to a Preferential Use Gate. An Airline assigned a Preferential Use Gate shall have the right to add additional Scheduled Operations to such Gate as a First Priority Use, after giving thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Authority, provided the requested time slot does not conflict with an assigned use of such Gate by a Second Priority User.
