Adding New Products or Services Using Different Price. Discount Structure Where future Products or service offerings become commercially available during the Contract term and are not commercially offered within the established pricing categories and discount structures set forth in Appendix C or D, the Contract may be amended to include such offerings in accordance with the “Regular Add” procedures set forth in Appendix H, which require the approval of OGS and the Office of the State Comptroller in advance of such Product being incorporated into the contract offerings.
