Adding Services Sample Clauses
The "Adding Services" clause defines the process by which additional services can be incorporated into an existing agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the steps both parties must follow to request, approve, and document new services, such as submitting a written request or executing an addendum. Its core function is to provide a clear and structured method for expanding the scope of work, ensuring that any changes are mutually agreed upon and properly recorded, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes about the services to be provided.
Adding Services. In the event that either Party desires to add, amend or modify any Initial Service, Service Level, Service Fees, third-party software, or Client Location, such Party shall notify the other Party of such request, as described in Section 9.
Adding Services. 11.1 The Participant will be responsible for creating any Services they require to feature in the directory (except in the case of 11.2 below)
11.2 The WLA will load any bulk list of Services that the Participant produces (e.g. extracts from other systems) into the directory, where the originating data complies with the system specifications and is deemed to be relevant content for a social care directory. If there is any risk of duplicate services being contained within the import data, the Participant will be responsible for de-duplicating the data. The WLA will assist in this process by attempting to automatically detect duplicates, and also providing a utility to make any remaining manual checks as simple as possible for the Participant.
11.3 If the Participant requires bulk service lists to be imported any consultancy work involved in the preparation and loading of the bulk service lists is chargeable at the technical day rate listed in the pricing schedule.
