ADDITION OF APPROVED ORIGINATOR; APPROVED ACQUIRED LINE OF BUSINESS RECEIVABLES. At the written request of the Master Servicer delivered to the Collateral Agent, each Funding Agent and the Administrative Agent, (1) the addition of an originator as an Approved Originator or (2) the inclusion of Acquired Line of Business Receivables as Eligible Receivables, in each case after the Initial Borrowing Date, shall be permitted upon satisfaction of the relevant conditions set forth in this Section 27 and the relevant Origination Agreement.
